MILWAUKEE, Wis. (January 4, 2019) – This December, Milwaukee’s foodies will be lined up to celebrate the grand opening of Pokéworks[1], the nation’s leading healthy, fast-casual poke restaurant. The new Pokéworks in Milwaukee is owned and operated by Wisconsin native, Andy Wick[2]. Andy recently moved back to Milwaukee after living in Denver for the past three years. While living in Colorado, Andy tried something for the first time – fresh poke. He was instantly hooked on the vibrant flavors and fell in love with the concept of a fast-casual poke restaurant. After deciding to move back to Wisconsin to be closer to friends and family, he is now introducing Pokéworks to the Milwaukee community.
